This is a perfect example for travesty of justice.
If there was no enjoining order against the 2nd defendant,
1. Why did the judge/registear address the enjoining order to the 2nd defendant also
2. Why did the deputy registrar call the 2nd defendant and say there was an enjoining order against him
3. Why did fiscal serve this notice on the 2nd defendant
4. Why did the plainfiffs lawyer accompany fiscal
5. What is the authority a lawyer has to direct a party to comply with an order, when there wasn’t an enjoining order agsinst 2 defendant
6. Civil Procedure Code section sets out where the jurisdiction is. Parties can’t agree on jurisdiction.
