Sri Lanka music legend Sunil Perera passed away today (06 Sep) morning at the age of 68 while receiving treatment for pneumonia in a private hospital. A few days before his 69th birthday.
The late Mr. Perera was admitted to the hospital after he had tested positive for Covid-19 and was discharged after he had recovered.
He was readmitted to the hospital last night (05) due to pneumonia infection.
