A 27-year-old youth has been arrested by the CID for possession of Rs 136 Mn in his bank account, said Police Media Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said.
The money was deposited by a notorious Sri Lankan criminal.
The arrest was made at Dharmarama Road in the area of Ratmalana
