7 new Covid-19 related deaths have been reported today (29), increasing the country’s death toll to 116.
Details of the deceased:
1. Female, 50, a resident of Colombo 2. Passed away of Nov. 28 at the ICU of the Mulleriyawa Base Hospital. Cause of death chronic lung disease and C19.
2. Male 48, resident of Goththatuwa. Passed away at home on Nov. 27. Cause of death diabetes, chronic lung disease and C19.
3. Male, 73, resident of Moratuwa. Passed away today (29) at the Homagama Base Hospital. Cause of death pneumonia exacerbated by C19.
4. Male, 70, resident of Chilaw. Passed away today (29) and the Chilaw Base Hospital. Cause of death diabetes, high blood pressure and C19.
5. Female, 51, resident of Akuressa. Passed away on Nov. 27 at the Homagama Base Hospital. Cause of death chronic kidney disease and C19.
6. Female, 90, resident of Colombo 19. Passed away today (29) at the Homagama Base Hospital from C19.
7. Male, 78, resident of Maradana. Passed away on admission to hospital on Nov 27. Cause of death C19 and respiratory complications.
