Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe says that he is unaware of former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran’s whereabouts.
The Prime Minister made this observation in parliament in response to a questioned posed by Chief Opposition Whip, MP Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
Dissanayake questioned Wickremesinghe was aware of Mahendran’s whereabouts since the latter left for Singapore after informing the Prime Minister.
However, Wickremesinghe has responded saying he had no contact with Mahendran after he had left for Singapore to attend a wedding.
