The Government has denied reports which claimed fuel price will be increased and there will be a change in exchange rate.
“There is no truth in the news published in websites, of increasing fuel prices tonight.” Petroleum Minister Udaya Gammanpila said.
“Rumors that there is a change in exchange rate policy are fake” Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivad Cabral said.
