Opposition leader R. Sampanthan made heartfelt appeal to former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, today, in parliament.
R. Sampanthan claimed that the position taken by former President Mahinda Rajapaksa promotes disharmony among the people of this country and that he is trying to stir communal tension by stating that through this constitutional process, an effort is being made to divide this country.
