Sri Lanka’s largest listed company decides to de-list from CSE

Expolanka Holdings PLC, the largest listed company in the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) according to the Market Capitalization, has decided to de-list the company’s shares from the Official List of the CSE.

Issuing a statement, Expolanka said its Board of Directors, at its meeting held today (Mar 01), considered a request from its principal shareholder and resolved to initiate the de-listing of its company shares.

Expolanka further said that arrangements have been made with the company’s majority shareholder, SG Holdings Global Pte Ltd, to purchase its shares from shareholders who may wish to divest their shareholding in the company at a purchase price of Rs. 185 per share.
