Field Marshal Minister Sarath Fonseka has said that he was prepared to contest at the next Presidential election if there was a call for such a move by the people.
He has made this observation in an interview with a Sinhala weekly newspaper.
Fonseka has said he had never backed down from any challenge when faced with one and added that the expectations of the common presidential candidate has not been fulfilled.
