The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the 3rd phase of the Central Expressway from Pothuhera to Galagedara commenced today (19) under the patronage of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa.
The Pothuhera-Galagedara stretch of the expressway spans over 31km and will have 4 lanes and 4 interchanges including Polgahawela, Rambukkana, Galagedara and Pothuhera.
