The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) is to visit the parliamentary complex tomorrow (18) at 6.30 p.m. to record a statement from Speaker Karu Jayasuriya on the abduction of journalist Keith Noyarh during the period of the Rajapaksa regime.
The CID is to record a statement from Jayasuriya since he was one of the first individuals to learn about the journalist’s abduction.
Jayasuriya at the time was a minister in the Rajapaksa government.
