Traders who used to engage in business at the Colombo Manning Market protested opposite the Presidential Secretariat on Monday (07).
They cited that area provided in the Peliyagoda Manning Market wasn’t enough for them and claiming the issue was directed to the authorities on multiple occasions, however, a definite solution was not provided to them.
They stated that the protest was in order to obtain a solution to their issues.
