The Criminal Investigation Division (CID) had summoned Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Harin Fernando.
MP Harin Fernando is supposed to appear before the CID at 10:00 am on Wednesday (28 July).
According to the CID MP Fernando has been summoned to record a further statement with regard to the press conference he had held on the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks.
